Sittwe, close to the Bangladeshi border in NW Burma, has a tired and beaten feel of a town looking back on more prosperous days . . . However, every dawn you can see a chaotic fish-market take over the Kaladan waterfront - that is, if the town's dust and decay hasn't tarnished your enthusiasm.
